1. Purpose & Scope
1.1 Eliminate Ltd is committed to supporting the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
and the abolition of modern slavery.
1.2 This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including
employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers,
agents, contractors and suppliers.
2. Definitions
2.1 Modern Slavery
Modern slavery is defined as the recruitment, movement, harbouring or receiving of
children, women or men through the use of force, coercion, abuse of vulnerability,
deception or other means for the purpose of exploitation.
2.2 Human Trafficking
The unlawful act of transporting or coercing people to benefit from their work or service,
typically in the form of forced labour or sexual exploitation.
3. Responsibilities
• Our HR Department must ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to
work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse.

• We expect our employees to come forward with any concerns or suspicions relating to
modern slavery and human trafficking.
4. Policy
4.1 Eliminate Ltd strictly prohibits the use of modern slavery and human trafficking in our
operations and supply chain.
4.2 Due to the nature of our business, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern
slavery in our business and supply chains.
4.3 We will continue to be committed to implementing systems and controls aimed at
ensuring that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our organisation or in
any of our supply chains. We expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the
same high standards.
5. Reporting
5.1 Any suspected contracts/ clients our employees suspect may be in breach of the Modern
Slavery Act 2015 should report this to the HR Department.
5.2 Any employees who are found to have breached this act may be subject to enforced legal
action as well as disciplinary action from Eliminate Ltd
